The plate heat exchanger is a highly efficient heat exchanger that is built with a series of stacked metal plates with certain corrugated switches. Thin rectangular channels are formed among the plates and heat is exchanged through the plates.
The required temperature of the system is maintained by adjusting the steam flow at a time. The controller controls the boiler to start and stop and adjusts the load. Part of the pool water is forced to the filter by the pump. The bypass valve adjusts the pool water flow through the plate heat exchanger which increases the water temperature to 27-30°C. The chlorine dosing device is installed after the plate heat exchanger to avoid the water flowing into the plate type heat exchanger has too high of chlorine concentration.
Select plate heat exchanger according to the following tables, and must follow the conditions of the ambient temperature, heat source temperature, heating temperature etc.
1. The temperature of the hot water source should be 70-90°C.
2. It is only suitable for indoor swimming pools. The ambient temperature should not be under 5°C.
3. Longer operation life due to higher attrition strength which does not break easily

a) Its heat transfer coefficient is 3000~4500kcal/m²·°C·h.
b) Its thermal efficiency is 3~5 times higher than the shell-and-tube heat exchanger.
a) The plates are closely stacked together so that it only needs small floor area and space in comparison with other types heat exchangers.
b) It is easy to be cleaned and disassembled. At the same time, clean plates enable a high degree of turbulence which helps to avoid furring forming.
Long service life.
a) The plate heat exchanger uses titanium alloy plates. It is highly corrosion resistant.
b) The interface pads can be easily replaced. It is also easy to disassemble for maintenance purpose.
a) The plates of the plate type heat exchanger are independent components.
b) You can increase or decrease the flow as required. The operation is flexible.
